Best Mexican Food Truck in the area. The Birria is amazing. My favorite thing in the menu is the Compa Jack. You must try it, it's made with delicious (beef) cabeza.
Love this place! The tacos are pretty big at a decent price. I also love that they have keto options as well! Highly recommend.

So many vegetarian and vegan options!! Flip their menu to the green side and you get all the veggie options, flip the menu to the black side and you get your meat options. Either way, you can't go wrong. All your standard Mexican fare - tacos, burritos, tortillas, quesadillas, etc, etc, etc. Really good spicy salsas. Quick service and covered/heated seating.
We ate Tacos Tijuana at Shady oak brewery. Hubs had keto tacos, cheese shell instead of tortillas and he was happy. He had al pastor, carne asada, and birria. All 3 were good and flavorful but al pastor came out on top. I had the al pastor burrito bowl and it was good. Looking forward to trying more items on their menu! Only down point was the salsas lacked heat.
Visited to test out for catering an event, and the staff went above and beyond. We love that all workers are vaccinated, but the best part...Everything was DELICIOUS!!! They have 4 different chefs who have developed an extensive menu and you can't go wrong. Great vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options! New favorite restaurant in Santa Rosa. 11/10
